Registration & Key Dates
We’re so glad you asked. February 10, 2027 is the deadline for all things conference, including submitting your registration to conference, golf, and booking your room.

Travel & Arrival
No passport is required! Puerto Rico is a United States territory, so U.S. citizens can travel there just like traveling to any other domestic destination. A government-issued photo ID — such as a driver’s license — is all you need to board your flight.
While taxis, rideshare apps, and rental cars are always an option when traveling, we recommend pre-booking your airport transfers using our partners at Dragonfly. Visit the Travel Preparation page for more information.
Most guests are expected to arrive throughout the day on Sunday, which is our official Registration Day. However, we have secured special room rates for our group starting three days before Conference and extending three days after National Conference concludes.
You can expect Conference to conclude around 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
Your Hotel Stay
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid major credit card. A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking. Reservations may be canceled up to 7 days prior to arrival by 11:59 PM local time to avoid forfeiting the deposit.
Check‑in: 4:00 PM
Check‑out: 11:00 AM
Early check‑in and late check‑out are based on availability at the time of arrival and cannot be guaranteed in advance. Guests arriving before 4:00 PM are welcome to check their luggage with the Bell Desk and enjoy the resort amenities.
Yes. If you require connecting rooms or rooms near another guest, please include your request at the time of booking. Be sure to provide the first and last name of the person you wish to connect to or be near.
Yes. Every room includes a mini-fridge and a coffee/tea maker.
No. The Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico operates cashless, meaning cash is not accepted for on-site payments, incidentals, or transactions at the resort.
For room upgrades or questions, please contact the Group Reservations team at 787‑657‑1234 (extensions 4340 or 4331) and reference event code G‑FOFI, or email reservations@[email protected] for personalized assistance.
No. Our negotiated rate is $359 plus a reduced 14% resort fee, which shows as $410/night on the booking page. Booking through our link saves you about $80–$90 per night, which is over $300 across a 4-night stay.
Dining
While not all meals are included, we are pleased to offer breakfast each morning from Monday to Thursday. Additionally, you are invited to join us for two special evening social events: the Welcome Reception on Sunday and the Celebration Dinner on Wednesday.
Please note that attendees will need to arrange their own lunch each day and dinner on Tuesday.
Yes. The resort features over 10 distinct dining venues, food trucks, and bars. Booking tables in advance through Hyatt’s Dining Page is highly recommended.
Packing & What to Wear
We’ve made it easy! Our Packing Checklist covers everything you’ll want for five days in Puerto Rico. It includes travel day essentials, everyday and island wear, golf attire, and a few little things that are easy to forget.
Bring on the color! Bright hues, tropical prints, florals, linen, and island-inspired style are all encouraged for our celebration on Wednesday, April 21. See the Packing Checklist for more.
Yes. Collared shirts and soft-spike golf shoes are required, and denim is not permitted. You’ll find the full golf dress code on our Packing Checklist page.
Spouses, Guests & Families
While the number varies for each event, on average, a little more than half of our Member Partners bring a spouse, significant other, or guest.
We warmly welcome spouses, significant others, and guests to stay for the entire event, as we design it to be a family-friendly experience. Most attendees do bring their loved ones.
All spouses, significant others, guests, and children are invited to join all scheduled meals and activities, except for the Member Partner Sessions.
While the Hyatt Regency Grand Reserve Puerto Rico does not offer on-site babysitting services, families can arrange private childcare through trusted local providers who can come directly to the resort.
Recommended options include MiNaNi and The Entertainers, both of which offer babysitting services for visitors in Puerto Rico. We encourage families to contact providers directly to discuss availability, rates, and specific childcare needs.
Car seats are not automatically provided with airport transfers. If needed, a car seat can be requested during your transfer reservation process with Dragonfly in advance of conference for an additional $35 each way. Many families also choose to bring their own travel car seat or booster seat.
