We’re so glad you asked. August 1 is the deadline for all things conference, including registering, booking your room, and submitting your travel.

How do I get to the hotel?
While taxis, rideshare apps, and rental cars are always an option when traveling, we recommend pre-booking your airport transfers using our partners at Epic Mountain Express. Visit the Travel Preparation page for more information.
Are all meals provided?
While not all meals are included, we are pleased to offer breakfast each morning from Monday to Thursday. Additionally, you are invited to join us for two special evening social events: the Welcome Reception on Sunday and the Celebration Dinner on Wednesday.
Please note that attendees will need to arrange their own lunch each day and dinner on Tuesday.
How can I see who is attending conference?

When do most people arrive?
Most guests are expected to arrive throughout the day on Sunday, which is our official Registration Day. However, we have secured special room rates for our group starting three days before Conference and extending three days after National Conference concludes.
What percentage of Member Partners have their spouse or significant other attend?
While the number varies for each event, on average, a little more than half of our Member Partners bring a spouse, significant other, or guest.
Do spouses, significant others, and guests stay for the entire conference?
We warmly welcome spouses, significant others, and guests to stay for the entire event, as we design it to be a family-friendly experience. Most attendees do bring their loved ones.
All spouses, significant others, guests, and children are invited to join all scheduled meals and activities, except for the Member Partner Sessions.
When do things wrap up on the final day and when should I plan to leave the hotel?
You can expect Conference to conclude around 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
Do many Member Partners stay through the following weekend?
Most Member Partners depart on Thursday after the closing video. However, many choose to stay a few extra days. Take advantage of the Founders’ negotiated group rate, available three days before and after the Conference, to extend your stay and enjoy additional savings!
